Project Overview
This 33sqm exhibition booth was designed for a logistics and maritime shipping company participating in the International Logistics & Transportation Exhibition.
Despite the compact footprint, the design maximizes spatial efficiency while maintaining a strong corporate identity through the use of white and navy blue, the brand’s official colors.
Design Concept
The booth follows a clean, structured, and professional design language that reflects reliability, precision, and global connectivity.
White surfaces create visual openness and spatial expansion, while navy blue elements reinforce brand presence and corporate strength.
A large urban-scale LED screen plays a central visual role, broadcasting promotional and corporate videos to attract attention from distance and enhance brand authority.
Spatial Organization
The layout includes:
• Comfortable seating area for business discussions
• Dedicated reception / hospitality counter
• Integrated storage space
• Large LED display wall
Circulation has been carefully organized to ensure smooth visitor flow while preserving functional clarity.
The storage unit is discreetly positioned to avoid visual clutter while supporting operational needs.
Functional Strategy
Given the limited 33sqm area, every square meter was strategically allocated.
The furniture layout supports both short-term interactions and extended meetings.
The LED screen serves as a dynamic branding tool, increasing visibility in a competitive exhibition environment.
